1 (1, 2) skein Kid Mohair (Kilm), 1 skein Goldie Blocks (Blurb Point).
4” and 16” circular needle size
Tapestry needle. 10 beads.
5 sts = 1” over st st.
CO 180 (200, 220) sts on 24“ circular needle
Row 1: K45 (50, 55), pm, k90 (100, 110), pm, k45 (50, 55)
Row 2: Knit.
Row 3: *K3, yo, k2tog* repeat to end of row.
Row 4 – 6: Knit.
Repeat Row 3 – 6 another 2 times.
Continue to knit in st st and
Dec 1 st at beg and end of row every 6th row 5 (6, 8) times.
Set aside when piece measures 6 (6 ¼ , 7)”.
With 16” circular needle CO 64 (72, 76) sts, pm and join carefully not to twist.
Row 1: P
Row 2: K
Row 3: P
Row 4: *K3, yo, k2tog*
Repeat rows 1 – 3 one time.
Continue in st st for another 7(9, 13) rows. On next row knit until 5 sts
Join all pieces as following:
With RS facing k across right front to 5 sts before marker.
Put these 5 sts and the following 5 sts on a holder and remove marker.
Pm and knit across sts of right sleeve, pm.
Knit across next 85 (95, 105) body sts (5sts before marker).
Put next 10 sts on holder and remove marker. Pm and knit across sts of left sleeve, pm and knit across sts of left front.
Now there will be for markers where body and sleeves are joined. These will be important for the foll decreases.
Work 3 rows even.
Dec 8 sts every 4 rows this way 2 (3, 1) times.
Dec 8 sts in this manner every other row 22 (24, 29) times.
At the same time continue to finish your front edge shaping.
BO all sts.
Craft underarm sts (on holder)
Closure:
(WS – RS) for each strand. Make sure the tails do have the same length on both sides.
Make a knot with all three strands on both sides close to the front edgings, braid the strands for a couple of inches, make a knot. Put one bead on each end of strands and make a knot. Cut 2 strands for sleeve edging. Weave through yo holes (one on each sleeve).
The starting and finishing hole will be the same one. Sting a bead on each end and make a knot.
